Scheme of Exam( పరీక్షా విధానం )
The Civil Services
Examination will consist of two successive stages.రెండు దశలు

1.Civil
Services Preliminary Examination (Objective type) for the selection of
candidates for the Main Examination; ప్రిలిమ్స్
·
Civil
Services Main Examination (Written and Interview) for the selection of
candidates for the various Services and posts. మెయిన్స్ (రాత పరీక్ష ,ఇంటర్వ్యూ )
Preliminary
Examination: ప్రిలిమ్స్ పరీక్ష
The
Examination shall comprise of two
compulsory Papers of 200 marks each.

I:
General studies (200 marks) –Two hours.
Paper
II: Civil services Aptitude test (C-Sat
) 200 marks ( candidate should get a minimum of
66 marks (33%) i.e. qualify
- Duration -Two
hours. ఇందులో ఈ
మార్కులను ప్రిలిమ్స్స్ ఎంపికలో పరిగణించరు. కనీసం 33% మార్కులు సంపాదించాలి .

Development-Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social
Sector Initiatives, etc.

General issues on Environmental
ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change - that do not require subject
specialization.

General Science.

II:
C-SAT
(200 marks)
Subjects:

Comprehension;

Interpersonal
skills including communication skills;

Logical
reasoning and analytical ability;

Decision
making and problem solving;

General
mental ability;
·
Basic
numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) (Class X
level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc. —
Class X level);
Note -గమనిక :
·
Both
the question papers will be of the objective type (multiple choice questions). రెండు పేపర్లు ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ విధానం లో నే
ఉండును.
·
The
General Studies Paper - II of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will
be a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
·
The
question papers will be set both in Hindi and English.
ప్రశ్న పత్రం కేవలం హిందీ ,ఇంగ్లీష్
భాషల్లోనే ఉండును.
Penalty for
wrong answers (మైనస్ మార్కులు ఉంటాయి ): Candidates should note
that there will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a
candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
